Start with the Royal City of Loches: it's just 3 km from the holiday home! Open the door and step inside. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, shower room with toilet, laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms separated by the landing, toilet with washbasin. 80 m², bed linen, towels and table linen provided, bikes available, swing, sandpit, barbecue, 4 sun loungers, 2 small landscaped gardens of 100 m² each with old-fashioned roses, fruit trees and herbs, garden furniture under the pergola. Bed linen (beds made on arrival), tea towels, cleaning products and 8 kWh of electricity per day are included in the rate. Excess electricity usage and electric heating are charged extra according to meter readings and current rates. Wood for the wood-burning stove is available by the basket for an extra charge. Cleaning is optional and payable on site. We provide bikes for adults and children.
